Robohelp 2019 Classic - how to format lists

I can't find out how to format a list of instructions with numbers or bullets in Robohelp 2019 Classic. There is no format choice.

The list icons allow you to apply lists and the style editor allows you to select the font and suchlike. What exactly is it that you cannot do here?
