RoboHelp 2019 Classic images folders missing after new install

Hi all -

I got a new laptop, and installed RoboHelp 2019 without any issues. I then copied over all my projects, maintining the same folder structure.

On the old laptop, all projects have an Image folder Project Manager, which contains all the images used in my projects (I use a lot...). On the new laptop, there are no Image folders. I've copied over files to new laptops before and never seen this happen.

Any idea why? Any issue with my creating an Image folder and moving them all into it? Do I need to maintain the same folder structure beneath the Image folder if so (which would be a drag)?

Many thanks as always,

Anahid

Correct answer Jeff_Coatsworth

Try clicking on that little folder in the top left corner to change your view?

Are you talking about what you see inside RH or in Windows File Explorer? I'm unclear where you're looking.

Sorry Jeff,

Within RoboHelp. In neither system is there an images directory in windows explorer. But I have moved laptops more frequently than I like to remember and never saw this before.
