Robohelp 2019 Classic Margins and Quote Bubbles from Word Document

Is it possible to upload a word document manual like this into Robohelp with notes in the margins all throughout? (Below is the example of what we would like to put in Robohelp) Thank you

The image with the bubble comments will not import with them still in place, never mind the margin text. RoboHelp does not support images with floating text like that. You would need to save all that as one image.

 

As HTML does not have margins, I can't think how that could be done either.
