Robohelp 2019 MS Word and PDF output generation failes

Generating of MS Word or PDF output files with the following log entries:

autodid not return a double?

And the Word or PDF file hasn't been created. Please help as I have to provide the Word format too for my clients, beside the now working HTML5 output.

Hello

The error posted above suggests the presence of the an invalid font-size/ length value in the project css files. Please try substituting the values with specific numeric values and check.

What happens when you create a NEW project with a single topic? Or use the sample projects that come with RH.

Can you create ANY pdfs?

I wonder is the problem with your project, eg the CSS? Have you ever been able to create the Word/PDF?

I'm able to generate PDF or even MS Word output from the sample project, but not from my own.

It fails shortly after it says "Indexing references".

What can I do to fix it or at least learn what is the problem behind?
