Robohelp 2019 (not classic) - Topic List

We are exploring moving to version 2019 from 2019 Classic but found the following issues:

1. Unable to sort by Topic column - clicking on the header seems to sort half the list. I see it goes from A, B, C... then further down, A, B, C... again.

2. Loading of the list - takes awhile to load the list and it is hard to see the full list as you have to continuously scroll to the end and get more items loaded. Changing the filters also means the list gets 're-loaded' so need to scroll down again.

3. There is no search feature - It is not easy to locate topics when the sorting does not work properly and there is no way to search.

Do you guys encounter the same as well?

First of all have you applied all the updates to 2019 New UI? Second you would be much better off going to 2022 as during the life of 2019 and 2020 many improvements were made and 2022 has its own changes.

Do you mean sorting in Author view where they will be alphabetical within each folder or in the Topic List? In Topic List I think that was slow in the initial release but it improved. How many topics in your project?

Search was added later in the Contents Panel.

2019 New UI had quite a number of issues and I would recommend going to 2022. See the RoboHelp Tour Introduction (grainge.org) for information about these versions.
