RoboHelp 2020 - Can't Update

I am trying to upgrade RoboHelp 2020. Help > Check for Updates returns the message "You'll need a new app to open this auphd link"
Platform: Windows 10. My current RH version is RH 2020.6.76.
How do I get past the error message?

Correct answer lost in RH.

I attempted to uninstall through Windows Apps & Features. Although this seems to work for other software, it would not let me uninstall RH. I suppose being on a company computer might have made a difference (?).

Regardless, simply reinstalling quickly fixed the problem.

If you go to the PC Settings > Apps and click on Adobe RoboHelp you will see uninstall. Where were you looking?

For another Adobe app the advice is to uninstall and reinstall.

Fixed.
There is no 'Uninstall."
The answer was to simply re-install RH 2020. The reinstall took care of everything. I was then able to Check for Updates and upgrade.

I have never seen that error or reports of it. Try rebooting first. After you see that a new version is available, close RoboHelp before proceeding.

I closed everything on my computer and rebooted. I still get the same error.
Help > Check for Updates = "You'll need a new app to open this auphd link."
