You may want to contact Adobe staff. Use the email address on this page. as it gets to dedicated Robohelp staff.

One of the worst support desk i have ever seen, spent 2hours with Parammeet ,iknoor and terrible thing is both assigned a dedicated resource named "Shikha" and oh man he/she not even turned to me and said hello...nil response...

After 3hours of struggle i came to the conclusion this not to be happened...

May be i m not sure how it the things ll goes when I am mail LOL...

Thank you Adobe 😉

Did you e-mail them? That's how you can connect with the RH folks - the general support chat & phone people aren't RH experts.

What I am trying to get across is that is not possible. You can either start RoboHelp in the same way in Windows as any other program or you can run a command line to the exe file. What happens then is random. Occasionally and randomly you will be required to enter your username and password but most times not.

I don't know how you can achieve that.

Once you run the exe to start RoboHelp, sometimes it will required you to enter login details and sometimes it will just sign you in. It's random.

Good luck with that. 🙂
