Robohelp 2020 connection

Hi RH team, 
We are two teams that use RH2020 : dev and analyst.
In dev team, we had had an upgrade of global protect, then we (dev team) could not connect to RH2020 anymore. An image is linked.

    If "global protect" is not a typo, then I think you are talking about security/antivirus/firewall software.

     

    If this is correct, then it sounds like the software is configured improperly and is blocking required Adobe servers. See the endpoints list linked in this help topic: https://helpx.adobe.com/au/tech-comm-suite/kb/known-issues.html

    First off - you know you're NOT talking to RH Support, right? This is a user-to-user forum.

    Next, let's have some more info, shall we? Are you referring to accessing your RH projects on some server or just launching RH on your workstation?
