Hi team.

I have robohelp server 11 and robohelp 2020 client, i'am facing strange issue during publications !

I use a project and i want to do several different publications from that project like it was possible to do it with RH2015 and RH server 9.

I created 2 output preset :

-Responsive HTML5  - Content tab / Title : AideLabo_BRN_f  => Generate and publish => OK

-Responsive HTML5v2 - Content tab / Title :  AideLabo_BRN_a => Generate and publish => OK

We are different conditions expressions per each publication profile.

My projetc name is : Labo

After generation, i can see locally that 2 folders have been generated, one for each project !

When i do the first publication, in my robohelp server admin page i can see my projet : Labo

When opening it on a browser i can see it with the good information.

When i do the second publication, it overwrite the first one ! That 's not the behavior that is expected since on RH2015/RHserver9, it creates new folder with the same name during the generation.

How can we proceed for keeping the same behavior like it was before ? Or now it's mandatory to create a new project for each publications ?

Any help will be appreciated.

    As Jeff says, check in the preset. Specifically the Publish tab.

    Check your Presets - if they both are pointed to the same folder on your RH11 Server install, then you need to edit one of them.

    I don't use RH server, but when publishing to a normal web server, each output needs to be published to a separate folder. I would start by checking the publish destinations.

    Also, please use the "Insert Photos" icon to add screenshots, as that includes the images in the body of the post. It's easier to help when the text and images are visible together.

    Hi can you please give me more details about your setup ? how do you proceed ?

    You use IIS as webserver or tomcat ?

    When you say "each output needs to be published to a separate folder." that's what we are trying to do actually when we publish on the new infra composed by robohelp2020 - robohelp server 11, the publication overwrite the project on server side.

    Before on the robohelp 2015 it was not the case, it creates new project on server side.

    Thank you for your time
