Robohelp 2020 topic page showing up as html instead of the acrtual content. Here is what I'm seeing:

{"error":{"code":"activityLimitReached","innerError":{"code":"throttledRequest","innerError":{"code":"quota"}},"message":"The request has been throttled","retryAfterSeconds":328,"@error.X-ClientErrorCode":"quota"}}<html xmlns:mso="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:msdt="uuid:C2F41010-65B3-11d1-A29F-00AA00C14882"><head>
<!--[if gte mso 9]><xml>
<mso:CustomDocumentProperties>
<mso:_dlc_DocId msdt:dt="string">AP256XAP2PFD-163404756-3297</mso:_dlc_DocId>
<mso:_dlc_DocIdItemGuid msdt:dt="string">9418e0d0-9145-4891-bb15-c2b9173bc25c</mso:_dlc_DocIdItemGuid>
<mso:_dlc_DocIdUrl msdt:dt="string">https://biamp.sharepoint.com/customerexperience/documentation/TPubsHub/DocDev/_layouts/15/DocIdRedir.aspx?ID=AP256XAP2PFD-163404756-3297, AP256XAP2PFD-163404756-3297</mso:_dlc_DocIdUrl>
</mso:CustomDocumentProperties>
</xml><![endif]-->
</head>

If I open the page online as an html file I see this:

{"error":{"code":"activityLimitReached","innerError":{"code":"throttledRequest","innerError":{"code":"quota"}},"message":"The request has been throttled","retryAfterSeconds":328,"@error.X-ClientErrorCode":"quota"}}

This is a large Help file and I'm only seeing it on some pages. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this?

Thanks,

Julianna

    I don't use Sharepoint for source control, but if the problem started around the same time as you started using it, my guess is it's a Sharepoint issue. I searched for sharepoint throttling and came up with this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/general-development/how-to-avoid-getting-throttled-or-blocked-in-sharepoint-online

    I did move this file from SVN to Sharepoint for version control recently.
