RoboHelp 2020 Update 6 - problems with search

Reminds me of a classic post where a developer asked if all the output needed to be uploaded. "Only if you want it to work."

Search works when I use the local copy. I figured it out! I don't normally copy over the template directory, I needed to copy over the template/scripts directory.

You would know what merged help is if you were using it so we can rule that out (several projects with the outputs running as one output).

I think there is only one other report of this and that was linked to running DevTools. Unless you are doing that, rule that out as well.

Is the help local or web based? If the latter does search work if opened locally?

Try opening the About RoboHelp sample project and seeing if search works there.

I am not sure what merged help is. I am using Responsive HTML output.

Is this merged help? Known issue already posted and to be fixed in Update 7.
