Robohelp 2022 3.93 opening as if in full screen mode

When I open Robohelp 2022 3.93, it opens, but in full screen mode.  I have no Windows task bar and i have no Exit, minimize or restore buttons in the top right corner.  Just started happening yesterday. Everything else seems to be working ok.  It's a problem only in that when I need to switch windows or to a different screen or program, I have no way to do so unless i fully exit RH by going to File/Exit.  Then, look at what I need to look at outside of RH and then reopen my RH project and then if I need to look at something real quick, i have to exit RH and so on and so forth.  Not a good way to work.  RH seems to be the only program that is having this issue.

I think you must have pressed the F11 key.

ALT-TAB should still work to switch screens; Windows-D for the desktop too.
