Robohelp 2022 on Mac

I installed the Demo version on my M1 Macbook pro, and all was working well. I copied .htm files from a Flare project generated and viewed the project.  Shut down and restarted my mac, and now I can't get RoboHelp to open any project. All I get is the Robohelp Menu bar and nothing else. Is this M1 vs Intel issue on the Mac? Any help is most welcome.

Creative Cloud has long supported Mac whereas it is new to RoboHelp. Different development teams.

Since your Mac O/S doesn't seem to be supported, your other alternative is to run the Windows version of RH2022 inside a Windows Virtual Machine (VM) that is supported on the Mac.

I have checked with Adobe and Rosetta is not supported at the moment.

Peter thanks for checking, although surprising as Adobe has been using rosetta on their creative cloud produce as they convert to native M1x support.

I have found the issue when you minimise the window, it disappears to an 8x4 pixel window which very hard to see if other windows are open. But workable. Thanks for looking for a solution.

I see what you mean now. Do those menus expand if you click on them?

Can you double click anywhere on the bar?

You have added an image of this forum, not of RoboHelp.

In the top left-hand corner, you will see the Robohelp menu bar, this is all I see after opening the project.

From that screenshot it looks like you have your browser window overtop of the RH app.

I'm not sure I can help on this one as I am not a Mac user. You say you cannot get RoboHelp to open a project but do you mean literally any project or just one(s) you have created with files copied from Flare. I'm trying to identify where the problem is.

Does RoboHelp open OK to start with?

Can you open the About RoboHelp sample project. Click Open Project on the Starter Screen to open File Explorer. Browse to Documents and then My RoboHelp Projects.

Depending on your answer, I can then help or reach out to someone who can.

I only get the Robohelp menu bar as per the image below, If a click "Open Recent Project" nothing happens. I am on the trial version, but this should make no difference.
