RoboHelp 2022 print entire project?

Yes, I'm back again... this time with a question regarding printing an entire project:

On the topic page, there is a row of icons, one of which is for printing; can we use this to print the entire project?

With RH2017, we could generate PDF and Word documents for Printed Documentation; is this necessary with 2022? I note that there are individual options to generate both; is that required to print an entire project?

Again, thanks for any assistance you can provide...

    One way of hogging a printer for the day. 🙂

     

    The button is for printing a topic. I think somewhere in the preset there is an option to link a PDF.

    No, that Print icon just prints the topic page from the output. You would have to go and create Printed Documentation (Word or PDF) in the RH project to get all topics and then include the PDF/Word doc as an Asset in the project.
