Kevin's company also does training classes on RH.

Kevin Siegel's www.iconlogic.com manuals cover the basics but there's nothing in depth. Plus there is so much customisation you could spend years and still not know it all. The best thing is play around in a dummy project and come here when you cannot figure something out.

BTW. In 2022 skins are known as templates. Also the frameless templates have way more customisation built in than the HTML5 Responsive templates.
