Robohelp 2026.03 Release Notes?

Just downloaded the release - and once again, struggling to find release notes. How hard is it to actually provide release notes when you release a product?

@George5E9B - see the 2026.03 announcement - there’s a link in there to fixed issues.

Thanks. Unsurprisingly, they do not list the issue as fixed and testing again, it is not fixed.

This was really only an urgent fix for the items listed. Perhaps add a comment to your bug report or speak to Adobe Support.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Sorry but there’s nothing the forum can do to help on this one.

In three tests all the results I got were RoboHelp related. Is this where you are starting.

Give me a search that includes other products so that I can check.

Yes - that is where I start. The Search Bar clearly states “Search all communities”. Once you enter a term “say “Confluence” - you get “AI” with non-specific suggestions RE Confluence, and 4051 posts below, with the first one being RoboHelp specific from 10 years ago. There is no option to search by date range, or sort from newest to oldest. If you use the “Filters” to select Questions and RoboHelp Community, the All Results count goes down to 3875 posts (unbelievably), and then you click the Community filter again (and reselect RoboHelp), the count goes down to 151 posts (many of which don’t contain the term “confluence”). Frankly, it’s a mess.

Agreed as to what it says but i get different numbers according to whether or not I use CTRL K

If I just enter Confluence, I see this. 151 results

If I press CTRL K, I get this

The two buttons show the same numbers but when you click on Community, it changes to the smaller number for RoboHelp.

Yes the AI is rubbish. I don’t know the sort logic as the forums are on a new host site.

They could have delayed the release while the notes were prepared but in this instance, the bug found in 2026.01 was serious. As a result I guess the decision was to get the update out asap as it was mostly around that bug.

I know this is being worked on so check here https://helpx.adobe.com/robohelp/kb/fixed-issues.html next week.

Essentially the update is about the condition expression bug and a bug in Snippets that was posted here a few days ago. I don’t think 2026.03 contains much more than those two fixes.

The About RoboHelp sample project always contains a link to the release notes.

I had an open bug (on publishing to Confluence) that support claims was fixed. Just wanted to see if there was any reference to it in the release notes. Apparently very few people on here use RoboHelp to publish to online KBs (ServiceNow, Confluence, Zendesk, Zoho etc), but to me it seems a pretty important feature as these various cloud platforms are being increasingly adopted by enterprises. The Confluence publishing was obviously broken - and it can only be fixed on the Adobe end.

And as another aside, why is the Community search feature so useless? If I want to check JUST the Robohelp community, I don’t need 3000 suggestions from irrelevant communities. The community filter to the side is not much help (seems spotty at best), and it would be nice to have a date range search (because I certainly don’t need answers from 15 years ago).
