Hello,
I am currently using Robohelp 7 version. I am now trying to generate a FlashHelp help file. After I generate a layout and test the help file on the same PC it works good, but when I copy the entrie folder (help file) and try to test it another PC I get an error message. The error message is " Adobe Flash Player Security ". It says Adobe flash player has stopped a potentially unsafe operation and page goes blank. I am using IE 7 for testing. I am not sure what I am suppose to do. Should I configure my IE settings ?

Thank Rick Stone, not me. I simply pointed you to his tutorial.

You should only see the warning when you run FlashHelp locally. When it is run from the server as intended, you will not see that message.

Hi all

Sriharsha, when you click File > Generate Primary Layout (I'm assuming FlashHelp is your primary?) You should see an intermediate screen. On this screen is a check box labeled "Auto-Manage Flash Security". Is the check box selected with a check mark?

I thought that option was intended to prevent the security dialog from showing. I suppose it's possible that it only manages security for the PC creating the output, not sure. Hopefully Vivek K or one of the other Adobe folks will see this and speak to it.

Cheers... Rick

Thank you very much for the tutorial. Can this process or procedure done on all of the PC's at a time. For example: If my application is running on 10 PC's from a single server at different location and all of the 10 PC's are using Flash Help, then should the settings to be done on the 10 PC's individually or can be done all together at once.
