RoboHelp 7 install on Vista-64

Does any body know how to install RoboHelp on Vista-64? I am trying to transfer my app to a new Vista-64 bit PC but the installation package complains that the installation package could not be opened (see below).

Windows Installer

[Main Instruction]
This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

Sorry but RH is not supported under 64 bit.
