RoboHelp 7 - SLOW

My company just upgrade to RoboHelp 7 last week and everything I do with the tool is extremely slow.
Just getting it to launch takes forever.

Any ideas?

Have you applied the two patches? Go to Help | Updates. The second one specifically addressed performance.
