RoboHelp 9 publishing to SharePoint

getting a new error message - "Publishing has been cancelled.  This file is checked out or locked for editing by another user. No recent changes to SharePoint and I'm the only one working with these files - Help 🙂

Are you trying to send your generated help to a SharePoint site? Sounds like the issue is with SP – try generating locally first & then try copying it up to SP; if you still get the same message, then you know it’s SP’s problem.

thanks Jeff - I'm thinking it's a sharepoint thing - but I will try to publish elsewhere to be sure

Can you simply remove all the files from the SharePoint library and publish again?

Do you have version control enabled in SharePoint? That may also block publishing.
