    Then you do need to follow the link I gave you.

     

    Also Update 7 has just been released. Go to Help > Check for Updates to apply it.

    You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

    Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.

     

    In this case the answer is probably at RH2020 PDF Output (grainge.org) You need to have the right version of Java installed.
