robohelp can't upload

Question

Need heeeeelp!I'll been trying to upload a project in robohelp and after downloading it to the platform when i try to publish it. What I do is: I go to generate i select the folrder were i'm going to save the data, i select publish all  and generate. The problem is that it generates but does not publish and the it shows  "warning: Failed to publish Manual ANDINA. Reason: Cannot connect to server: Z:Manual/robohelp/server".

Sooo, when you open your Windows file Explorer application, are you able to navigate to this location? If you aren't, there's the issue! Because if you can't get to it, RoboHelp wouldn't be able to either.

What is the publishing protocol you are using?
