Robohelp Classic 2019 and Robohelp 2022

Iam trying to convert my Robohelp Classic 2019 projects to Robohelp 2022 but they do not seem to be converting over correctly. The style sheets and master pages I use in classic are .htt and .css files. Is it possible to convert these without losing the Topic Layouts and Stylesheets?  Also, are these style sheets and topic layout files able to be used for new projects in RH2022 if imported correctly or do they need to be coded differently for HTML5 output?

What version of RH2019 and what version of RH2022? Were these projects created in earlier Classic versions or fresh in RH2019? Are they working correctly in RH2019 Classic?

I am currently using Version 10.0.8.004 of Classic 2019 and Version 2022.4.179 of RH2022. RH2019 Classic does seem to be working correctly. We are just hoping to upgrade to RH2022 and also upgrade all existing RH2019 projects so we are consistent with our projects and all using the most recent RH version that has supported help and trainings available.

I would suggest updating the RH2022 version to the latest patch (6 right now) and test upgrading a copy of a Classic project (the Classic to New UI process will leave your Classic project intact, but it's always safer to play with copies). Then come back with whatever issues you run into - we're volunteers here and wouldn't do it if we didn't like to help. Peter's site (grainge.org) is an immense resource of RH knowledge - buy him a coffee (donate) to help run it if you find it useful.

Which sort of skin were you using, webhelp or responsive? Webhelp does not upgrade. See the Upgrading from Classic topic on my site in the RoboHelp Tour section.

Master Pages / Topic Layouts and CSS should upgrade but CSS may have issues.

Tell us more about the issues you are seeing.

Thank you! I will look at the Upgrading from Classic topic. I am currently using a responsive HTML5 skin in Classic 2019. Do you offer virtual trainings or any paid support (live chat/live call) options for users?
