Hi,

I have deployed Robohelp appliation to Robohelp Server.

I tried to invoke the context sensitive help page from within the custom existing application from Java script.

Need help with the following issues:

Firstly, when invoiked from within the application, two pages are getting displayed

   1. an empty page with an message 'You can find your page here, when clicked on the link 'here'  shows the help page with navigation pane

   2. An context sensitive hlp page.

Secondly, Context sensitive page loads but the navigation pane is not getting displayed along.

When clicked on the Show Help link on the context sensitive help page , it shows the navigation pane with Index, search etc but now context sensitive page is gone and shows the default page.

The URL while invoking from the Application

http://localhost:8080/robohelp/server?prj=BPRWHPro&area=RBH&ctxid=1

Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Sdesab.

Are you publishing to an RH Server.  We are having the same issue. We are using RH11 client and publishing to an RH9 Server and it occurs for both IE and Chrome and FIrefox browsers.  I was given some direction from Adobe support:

"There could be following possibilities:

  1. )    “whcsh_xml.js” file in the published output folder  on RHS9, doesn’t contain CSH Info.
  2. )    Could you please check your Map file in RH11 upgraded Project for CSH Map IDs? "

We checked our map files and found no issue so I haven't made any progress but I will be replying back to them.
