the customer has s/n XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX he's getting an error message please see attached

You haven't given us much to go on. Can you tell us what version of RH and RH server you are using, whether the problem is just with one project or one user. Also a screen image of the publishing dialog of your WebHelp Pro SSL wouldn't go amiss.
