RoboHelp Freezes

Hi All,

One of my students is having an issue with their RoboHelp project ( V5 ). Everything works fine, except when they try to generate any layout, then RoboHelp freezes - Process stays at 50%, Ouput Pane shows nothing. CTRL-ALT-DLT to close. Checked FireWall, saw an issue, disabled FireWall, still same behavior. It's been narrowed down to something about that project ( Tried another project, another machine, etc... ).

Does anyone have any suggestions how we might remedy this?

    Could you let us know what output you are trying to create, HTML Help, Word Help, Web Help ...?
    Is the Project on a network drive or on your C: drive?
    Also, does the project take longer than usual to open?

    In my HTML projects at the first sign of slow opening, I check the size of the ".cpd" file. If it is large, I delete it and let RH recreate it for me. There is no danger in doing that.
