RoboHelp HTML 10 has RoboHelp HTML 8 chm help file...anyone else have this problem?

I seem to remember that somebody had something like this happen to their install last year or in 2011 - I think it came down to a bad install - they somehow couldn't get out to the internet to access the webhelp that Adobe provides. Search around you you'll find links to the help here in the forum. Questions posted in the help pages show up as topics here in the forum.
