RoboHelp HTML could not open xxx.pdf

RoboHelp HTML could not open xxx.pdf because it is not a supported file type or because the file ahs been corrupted.

I created the file from mutliple word documents.  I can open the file in Adobe and other pdf viewers.

I get above error when importing pdf.  File > Import > PDF Document in RoboHelp.

Using RoboHelp version 8 on an XP operating system.  Thanks for your help.

    Can you import any other PDFs? Are you getting the same message?
