RoboHelp HTML freezes when importing topic

Question

Ok, I have never had a problem with Robohelp before, so I am
a bit confused. I start a new project, and import my first word
doc. The word doc imports, but the application freezes up and the
only thing I can do is kill the application through task manager. I
re-open the project and it freezes again. What am I doing
wrong?

Is the problem with the word document. Create a new projectand import a different word file. If that works you know theproblem is with your word doc. Then cut/paste half the content intoanother Word document and import that. Continue until you have theapplication freeze. This should allow you to home in on what iscausing the problem.
