Robohelp HTML Search feature

We have 4 projects in Robohelp HTML 8.02.  Recently the search feature has stopped working for one of the projects, when opened in Internet Explorer 7 or 8.  The search feature does still work in firefox.  The index feature still works but any search will return the results "No topics found".    From the previous posts on this forum ive tried the following:

Re-registering itcc.dll

Updating from 8.01 to 8.02

Publishing the project to a new folder

Trying robohelp from a different machine.

I ran MJ's Diagnostic and all relevant Dll's seemed to be in place.

Hi Paul

After you re-registered the DLL, did you try recompiling the CHM?

As I understand it, that's a crucial step.

Im not positive.  I re-ran the smart indexing and regenerated the primary layout.  I assumed that would have regenerated the chm.
