Robohelp installataion on AWS failure

I downloaded Adobe Robohelp on my AWS workspace. The installation process starts but does not complete. The Adobe RoboHelp Installer shows a blank page. Can someone help me find the solution to this issue?

I think you will need to take that up with Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your support contact options.

RoboHelp is designed to be installed on your C drive and I don't know whether it is supported on AWS.
