I am trying to install RH Office  V9 on my PC which is running Windows Version 7 64-bit. I also have MS Word 2010 32-bit. When I try to run setup.exe for RH I get the following message: "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of  Windows you're running. Check you computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, then contact the software publisher."

Can you please help? From what I understand I should be able to run RH Office on my Windows 7 PC.

Thank you.

I think you’ve just got the wrong install version of RH9 – look for the 64 bit version on the Adobe site or the Adobe Licencing account.
