Question

RoboHelp Server - Where should the DNS point?

Hello,

I'm using RoboHelp 2020.8.34, and we've recently installed RoboHelp Server 11.

I've managed to get set up so that I can publish to the correct areas in RoboHelp Server, so we can do some testing and get everything set up the way we want it to be before we migrate from our existing server.

Our IT department have set me a DNS up which we thought would be able to be used as a URL to test the published site, but all we seem to be able to access with the DNS is the RoboHelp Server Web Administrator login panel.

(With our current setup on an internal server we just replace the name of the server with the DNS and this points to the published site.)

Does anyone know where I should ask them to point the DNS?

Many thanks!

Sorry but the regular supporters are not Rh Server users. I think you need to contact Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.
