RoboHelp to Sharepoint Connection with long file names

Using RH 2019. Trying to connect RH to SP

OK. when I create a connection profile to the root address of our intranet, RH lets me login in and make the connection.

However, I need to connect to our tech docs folders is at: 

https://broadridge.sharepoint.com/sites/TechnicalDocumentation/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?viewid=12ebf928%2Da4b5%2D4060%2D932c%2D8ee545fe5417&id=%2Fsites%2FTechnicalDocumentation%2FShared%20Documents%2FTEST

When I do this, an error appears saying it could not find the site and check for permissions. I'm the SP admin so have full control. 

Anyone know why this is happening and how to get around it?
