Robohelp Version 2022.1.188 machine translate

hello I am using version 2022.1.188.
I am trying to translate with deepl, but I get an error.
I have the script written correctly, the api key is correct and the endpoint is correct.
I get the following error "Cannot read property '0' of undefined" I don't know what to do.

I can't provide photos because I get an error on the adobe website.

    The best way to upload images is using the photo icon in the toolbar above where you type your reply. Is that what you were doing? That said it probably won't help here.

     

    A translation bug was fixed in Update 2. You cannot apply that using Check for Updates, instead follow this link and note the instructions in the red box. What's new in RoboHelp (2022 release) Update 2 (adobe.com)
