Robohelp word import

Question

Hello allI'm new to robohelp, while importing word to robohelp I'm facing issues- after importing i have to manually create

sections wherever we need it(is it possible to create automatically) are there any settings for it?-Some times images in the word files are not imported, what might be the issue? Please look into this issue ASAP

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.

Creating DIV sections is not part of the process.

If Word images have arrows and such like imposed on them, that can cause them to not import. Otherwise you will need to provide more information about them.
