Robohelp/Word - imports as bookmarks, not topics

Question

I am trying to import a Word document to RoboHelp, but my topics are getting bookmarked instead of being divided into individual topics. Can anyone tell me where I can find a detailed explanation of how to solve this issue? I am considering getting rid of Author-IT and adopting RoboHelp, but this would depend on RoboHelp's ability to import my word documents.

I've been trying different solutions mentioned in the Help, but nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance.

For a start you have posted in the wrong forum. You are using Rh HTML, not RoboHelp for Word, a separate app.

You are not setting the pagination setting for the styles that you want to define new topics. See Importing on my site for detailed information.
