RoboHelp X5

I have used Printed Documentation in Single Source Layout in the Project tab to generate a hard copy version of my WebHelp system. Within the Help system I inserted screen captures in .png format using the Create Drop-Down Hotspot and Text command in the DHTML menu, so that if someone wants to display the screen capture graphic, all they have to do is click the underlined text. When I generated the hard copy version in Word, a few of the graphics did not display; in place of the graphics appeared the error message: Error! Unknown switch argument. Only a few of the graphics were affected; many others in the same Help system that I inserted in the same way were not affected. Has anyone seen this error before, and if so, how do I resolve it?

Welcome to the forum.

Not a problem I am familiar with. Assuming that if you generate again, it is always the same graphics, I would try deleting one and recreating it to see if that fixes it.
