RoboPDF has been discontinued

Hello everyone,
This may not be the right place to ask this but anyway. I have just noticed that RoboPDF has been discontinued, and replaced by FlashPaper. I would like to request a copy of FlashPaper as suggested on the Knowledgebase page and tried the link and instructions but it displays a support portal with no reference to RoboHELP HTML at all.

How can I get hold of the flashpaper software ?

You can get a free upgrade but you have to go via Customer Support.

Use the menu (bottom right) to mark the Best Answer or Highlight particularly useful replies. Found the answer elsewhere? Share it here.

Thanks for that.

Actually I did see this page but was expecting something more an upgrade rather than a 30 day Free trial, as I already have the RoboPDF software, which seems to be broken in Word.
