Roboscreen capture error

Hi there,

Whilst trying to edit an image through Robohelp - Roboscreencapture an error occurs 'error 13' and it will not let me save the edited image. It also deletes the original image from robohelp.

Help please!

I am getting error -13 when trying to take an initial capture. I got RoboScreenCapture from TCS 5. Is it officially broken or is there a known issue with this error?
