RoboServer 7 Rookie wants to startup

We want to get user feedback on our online helpfile.
I have searched for documentation, user guide, anything on RoboServer 7, but they seem to have gone into hiding or still have to get their 'I exist' tag from the 'guys above'.

Any help with useful documentation, weblinks will be greatly appreciated.

F.ex. where exactly do I install the software, is this on the same database server as RoboSource Control 3.1?
How do I configure the server.
What do we need to do on our webserver, where we publish the online help to?
Do's and dont's.

Thanks beforehand!

It should. I'm really becoming fed up with Adobe's lack of documentation, really old whitepapers, and the product in general. We have to reboot at least once a week, and if you want to figure out how to serve any more than one help file from the server, you're pretty much on your own to figure out how to do it.

To put it bluntly, if I knew then what I know now, I'd have switched to Madcap Flare. My IT department agrees, and is still trying to talk me out of RHS7. The only thing keeping me is the amount of money that we've spent makes me feel very guilty when I think of chucking it out the window.

I know these documents, but Adobe can no way be serious by giving us these leaflets as documentation for a server product. I think that we better stay away far from this product until we have some serious documentation about it. Reading some user feedback gives me the creeps.

Thanks anyhow, Colum.

There is some docs at these links:

Getting Started Guide
Permissions - This refers to RH Server 6 but may still be useful to check that the install set the correct permissions.
