RoboSource Control 3 support needed

Question

Greetings,

I am seeking a resource that can support our documentation
team in setting up RoboSource Control 3. We are currently upgrading
to RH7. Version Control has been a recurrent problem for us. I have
been unsuccessful in locating Adobe Service Partners that provide
the support we require. Is there anyone monitoring these boards
that can provide support for RoboSource Control 3 or might know of
a service provider that can help?

We are located in NYC.

If you find someone, I'd be interested in hearing your experience. Our tech pubs team has encountered a problem where RoboSource Control is converted all mix-cased file names to lower case. This is devastating on our project. Now every time a project tree is checked out from RSC it is useless.
