RSH Temp File Overload

Question

RH 7 issue: Sorry to hear we are all having the same problem
with server 500 error but glad to have company...my apps group
created a cmd to delete the .tmp files that were causing disk
full...we have moved up run time to every hour and are still having
probl...is there anyway to identify the file the can stop
generating the RSH****.tmp files that are hogging up the
works??

Having same problem I think. Our IS person just told us todaythat there were 5 GIGS of temp files and over 41,000 temp files onour Robohelp Server computer in the c:\windows	emp folder. It'sstarting to cause major issues too. Is this related to theprotocolhost and robohelp server service issues (and http 500error) issues that we are also experiencing I wonder?
