Saving changes to only item when you multiple items with changes opened

In classicversions of RH, the toolbar had a Save icon that saved the changes to the topic that you were currently looking at, and a Save All icon that saved changes to everything you had made changes to during the session.

RH 2020 has only one Save icon that saves all changes to all items.

There are many times when I have mulitple items opened and only want to save changes to one of the items I'm working with. Is there any way to do that without closing all the items I don't want to save the changes in?

Is there any way to add the save single topic icon to the toolbar so you can just click it?

Sorry but the answer is no. Please follow this link to report bugs or request new features. https://tracker.adobe.com. Post the link to your bug report / feature request in this thread and others can vote for it. The more people who do so, the higher it gets prioritised.
