Saving workspace in RoboHELP 8 HTML

In RoboHELP 7 HTML, my workspace was saved between sessions. For example, if I

had the TOC pane open (which I always do), it would re-appear in the same place in subsequent sessions.

That behavior has changed in RoboHELP 8.

How do I get 8 to remember my workspace settings entirely?

It does remember you workspace with the exception of the TOC, known issue.

And they've had two patch levels to fix it...
