Script error in CHM when using the search option

Hello

I have generated a CM file from the 2019 Classic Robohelp and I get the below error.

Has anyone come across this at all?

Item 6 at Snippets (grainge.org) is not quite the same message but the solution might be the same.

Just to update - I have checked if I have the itcc.dll and I do have this....this is the only thing I could find on the issue from previous discussions.
