Script Error When Accessing External Links from within a CHM

I have been using RH 2020 for a few years to generate CHMs. This year I keep getting the following errors whenever I try to access external links (company website, support portal etc) from within a CHM. They were working last year.
The only difference is that I am using a different VM this time.


Can anyone help?

    I suspect that the new VPN has rules disallowing external sites. You'll probably have to talk to your IT dept. (and don't be surprized when they come back & question your use of CHMs - they're an antique form of help these days)
