Scroll bar does not appear for pop-up links when webhelp to chm converter is used

I generated a chm with webhelp to chm converter. After compiling i noticed that the scroll bar does not appear for auto size hyperlink and the text in the pop-up is cropped.

I just tried a simple new project. The target file was deliberately large so that all the content could not appear but the scroll bar appeared and worked fine.
