Search engine is returning the file name instead of the file title

Recently I did an upload to the internet. Now when the search engine is used it is using the file name as the headter, rather than the file title. In the example below you can see the result sould have been returned as 4.1.1.4.1 MFPP Change in Circumstances, not 4_1_1_4_1. This has been working fine for over a year and suddenly it is doing this since my most recent upload to the interent.

    @Erwin.Timmerman Your comment makes me wonder if it is linked to a known issue. When this happens expand all the folders in Contents and look for a topic that is showing the file name instead of the topic title. As you say, select Properties in the context menu and just OK it. That corrects that problem. I am thinking that might be causing this issue.

    Is it created using RH2020 Patch 8?
