Search fucntion doesn't work in chm file in Windows 2000

I've got a compiled HTMLHelp file created in RoboHelp 7. When I use this chm file in Windows 2000, the "Search" function (which allows you to enter text and receive all the topic pages which contain that text), always returns the message "No topics found''. This function works fine in XP and Vista.

Any ideas why the search doesn't work in Windows 2000?

Thanks.

I got it to work by downloading the latest updates for Robohelp 7 (saw the suggestion on another post).

Hi, stevtar,

It sounds like one of the HTML Help viewer components, itircl.dll, is missing or incorrectly registered on this one machine. You should be able to resolve the problem by running MJ's Help Diagnostics, which is available from here:

http://helpware.net/downloads/index.htm#MJs

If you continue to have problems, can you paste the "HTML Help Run-time Components" section of your MJ's Help Report into a reply?
